We offer free worldwide tracked shipping on all orders. You'll receive your order in estimated 8~19 days after shipment. Thank you for your patience.
- Most packages leave in 1~3 business days after orders are confirmed. Exceptions include customized items, special order items, out-of-stock items or peak days.
- An email will be sent to you after your order is shipped, with the tracking number enclosed. You can also access the tracking number with a tracking link on the Order Details page when you log into your account.
- Your order is shipped in an unmarked box with no indication of jewelry pricing on the outside of the box. However you may need to pay customs duties. Please contact us and we will gladly accommodate your requests.
Free 60 Day Returns
We want you to love your jewelry from us. If you are not completely happy with your order, you have 60 days to return your purchase for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked.
We will carefully inspect the returned item and refund the full amount, provided it is in its original condition with all certificates, accessories, and packages.
- Please contact us before you send anything back.
- Pack the item securely and use the original package.
- Return it using registered mail with delivery confirmation.
- Return shipping need to be prepaid.
- You can expect a refund within 3 days upon receipt of returned product.
