Order Processing
- Most packages leave in 1-3 business days after orders are confirmed. Exceptions include customized items, special order items, out-of-stock items or peak days.
- Out-of-stock items require 5-7 business days prior to shipping. Made-to-order items (changing stones, colors, ring size, etc.) require 15-30 business days.
- An email will be sent to you after your order is shipped, with the tracking number enclosed. You can also access the tracking number with a tracking link on the Order Details page when you log into your account.
International orders placed in your local currency may need to pay customs duties. Item price or shipping cost doesn't include the import taxes and customs duties that might be incurred at the customs of your country. We want you to love your jewelry from us. If you are not completely happy with your order, you have 60 days to return your purchase for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked.
We will carefully inspect the returned item and refund the full amount, provided it is in its original condition with all certificates, accessories, and packages.
Because of the nature of these items, the following items can't be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale with a discount of 50% or greater
- Items that have excessive wear or have been damaged
