We offer free worldwide tracked shipping on all orders. You'll receive your order in estimated 7–35 days after shipment.

Order Processing

• Most packages leave in 1-3 business days after orders are confirmed. Exceptions include customized items, special order items, out-of-stock items or peak days. 
• Out-of-stock items require 5-7 business days prior to shipping. Made-to-order items (changing stones, colors, ring size, etc.) require 15-30 business days. 
• An email will be sent to you after your order is shipped, with the tracking number enclosed. You can also access the tracking number with a tracking link on the Order Details page when you log into your account.

International orders placed in your local currency usually don't need to pay additional customs/duties, for your order is shipped in an unmarked box with no indication of jewelry on the outside of the box and our packing documents do not indicate any pricing. However, item price or shipping cost doesn't include the import taxes and customs duties that might be incurred at the customs of your country. Please contact us and we will gladly accommodate your requests.

Free 30-Day Returns

We want you to love your jewelry from us. If you are not completely happy with your order, you have 30 days to return your purchase for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked. We will carefully inspect the returned item and refund the full amount, provided it is in its original condition with all certificates, accessories, and packages.

Exceptions

Because of the nature of these items, the following items can't be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale with a discount of 50% or greater
• Items that have excessive wear or have been damaged

We are flexible with our return and exchange policies if you contact us soon after receiving your item.

Return/Exchange Details

• Please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before you send anything back.
• Pack the item securely and use the original package.
• Return it using registered mail with delivery confirmation as we cannot be held responsible for damaged packages, or packages lost in the mail.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
